Established in 1997, Victronic Technology Corporation is a specialized laboratory dedicated to providing expert consulting, testing, and certification services for Product Safety and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). We cater to a diverse range of industries, including Medical Devices, Audio/Video (AV) Equipment, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), and Consumer Electronics. To better serve our clients in Taiwan and Southern China, we operate state-of-the-art facilities in New Taipei City, Taiwan and Dongguan, China. Our labs are equipped with advanced testing equipment for Product Safety (both locations) and EMC (Dongguan). Our laboratory operates in full compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard for quality management. This commitment extends beyond technical competence to creating a highly secure and reliable testing environment. Our goal is simple: to provide a testing environment where information security is absolute, leaving no vulnerability unaddressed.

Our laboratory handles all personal data in strict compliance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and all other applicable laws and regulations.
Our laboratory has established and implemented a formal Confidentiality Control Procedure to ensure the protection of all client information. This comprehensive framework governs all aspects of information security and includes, but is not limited to:
Data Security: Protocols for the secure handling, storage, and transmission of all client data.
Information Audits: Regular internal audits to verify compliance and the integrity of our security systems.

All laboratory personnel, when operating computer systems, are required to strictly adhere to our established "Confidentiality Control Procedure." This mandate ensures two critical outcomes:
Data Integrity: The accuracy of all personal and client data is maintained throughout the input and output processes.
Confidentiality: All relevant regulations and internal policies for the protection of confidential information are consistently upheld.
Compliance with this procedure is mandatory and regularly monitored.
We ensure system security through a rigorous, multi-stage access control process: Formal Authorization: Access is only granted after the submission of an official request and a signed Confidentiality Agreement.
Role-Based Permissions: Users are assigned specific access levels based on their job requirements.
Strict Credential Policy: The sharing of user passwords and credentials is strictly forbidden.
Lifecycle Management: A formal offboarding process ensures that access is immediately revoked or modified upon any change in employment status (e.g., departure, transfer).

The creation of physical copies (printing) is strictly controlled and permitted only when operationally essential and explicitly authorized. Unauthorized or private printing of any client information is strictly prohibited to minimize security risks and ensure the integrity of confidential data.
